Sergio,here is an interesting stock to look at(it's a BB) USXX. Great concept-using prison labor and prison space to set up shop-unlimited labor resource.( they provide printed circuit board and electromechanical product assembly services.)They are current on all filings,had a Reg S debenture placement that was converted the first day it came off.(still a warrant placement-converts at a $) It is a turn-a-round play that already has begun.(new management in April-bought out 55% of the stock).DD PS: if you have time I really would appreciate you taking a peak..as I said great filings since management change.
