I am good but not good enough to make everyone sit through TWO of my messages. I must have entered the thang twice and I am sorry.
Will not happen again.

Mike in Atlanta.

Mike: Looking at this sale objectively I see pluses in the fact that 100K is in the bank ( loan of 47K converted to down payment + 53K additional Cash ) I will feel much better when first payment (300K + (?)) is received. Even better when 2nd installment is received. An additional plus is that model 1000 will be built and running. The royalties are a bit of whipped cream on the cake. The subordinated note could be discounted, at say, 20% giving co. 800K.

Negatives, in my mind, that we wait for rest of down payment. This is something I can live with. Once we get the first 300K, I feel this will really be a done deal. The only other negative, "Is this a model for the next orders?" Or do we get larger down payments and no subordinated notes for the final million?

Let us all hope that this is the beginning of our "Field of Dreams".
I also congratulate Bill, Bo and Charleston crew. In addition I applaud the loyalty of the vast majority of our stockholders.

Regards, Eli

We and GRNO must await the remainder of the deposit and in fact I am a bit surprised we got a news release of this very material information before the full deposit was made. Nevertheless, this is important and indicates the value that AMBIX (RecOil) has provided GRNO. Despite the fact that the SEC "investigation" is driving away much of GRNO's customers, we still have the die hards and a few vigorous customers like the Turks who are willing to do business. The going will continue to be rough for a while, but GRNO will prosper eventually.

I think the complicated details of the financing arrangements indicate that raising the required capital had been a problem. I'm quite sure that once the first machine is built and operated for a while, the capital will become available to do more business with AMBIX. It is also important that the ice is being broken and GRNO will eventually start to build the Model 1000 which has been just a computer dream until now.

And Mike, I have seen a duplicate post elsewhere on SI recently. I wonder whether that is a new idiosyncrasy of the SI system.
