Premier-

My source is a discount brokerage house, Brown & Company, NOT an individual broker. The letter I received is dated March 2, 1998. Below I give the letter in its entirety. I don't have any other information. I am a shareholder of Oxford (bought at the crash lows) and posted simply as information for the thread. Raptor in his crass reply to my post says something about this possibly reflecting "old news". I have no idea whether it does or does not reflect old news; I only know that the letter I just received was dated March 2.
