Wave Meter on servers?

I am curious whether the meters are restricted to PCs or whether they can be adapted to fit onto servers. It seems to me that you will reach a mass audience much quicker if these meters could be grafted onto servers. The 4-6 million meters going out on IBM PCs later this year is great, but you need to line up all the box OEMs, and you have to wait for people to buy replacement computers before you get the mass audience you needs. I do not think poeple will be willing to retrofit their PCs with this chip, it is not worth the time and expense.

I guess what I am asking is whether these devices are of any use to AOL or an ISP, or conversely, whether AOL and ISPs are of value to WAVX.
