Steve,

"the reporting company will look like idiots to every other oil company"

Who cares what any other oil company thinks about Oilex? I care about the share price, not about what the neighbors think.

With the way the Oilex is being run, don't you think they already look like idiots?

I know the Railroad Commission regulates everything. How long does it actually take to determine the flow rate of a well, file the papers to get an approval on production, get the oil out of the ground, sell the oil and see the cash on the bottom line?

Ed

We're already over 3.5m and in my opinion climbing-will look for the TA's # and if you mean give or take 300K,well thats 8% of the outstanding(based on your 3.5m number)-8% of the value of your shares. When dealing with sub 10M outstanding numbers,a few hundred thousand shares is quite a bit.(hell,8% is considered just a little below the DOWs yearly average gain ,over its life-in some circles,a good year).DD

Don't you know anything about the procedures for reporting flow rates? Ever hear of the Railroad Commission??

No, Steve, I don't...but thank you for educating me.

Oilex has been promising flow rates for several weeks. Now I understand that the evil Railroad Commission has been holding up the works, and keeping our beloved Oilex from trumpeting its triumph to the world. Thank you, Steve! Now I can sleep well, and will write checks on my credit cards to buy more Oilex on Monday!

As far as the debentures being purchased and not converted, I have two questions: First, what is the source of your information; and Two, to what do you attribute Oilex' steep decline in stock price in the past weeks, if not due to debenture conversion and sales?

BTW, it's nice to get a fresh face on this thread, welcome aboard! If you think I am negative about Oilex, well, I am the most hopeful person here, so that should tell you a little of the mood of the folks here.

Happy hunting!
Rick
