Asensio Timing??? Good point was made over on SH. Why did Asensio send out this overkill sell barage now? Babs stated that there was no proof that Asensio was trying to cover an old short position and so discounted the idea completely as being false. But consider this, if KRY is truly so much a 'pump and dump', Asensio could have quietly let the price go much higher. Speculation alone would have sent this thing a lot higher than $11. If the TSE hadn't stepped in with two unfounded halts, the stock could have easily broken through $15 or more. The fact is, the longs were in a speculative frenzy and a shorter would have been much more clever to let the stock rise higher, quietly get into position and then let the court knock the stuffing out of KRY by saying "No, MAEL has no legal title etc....." Then no risk of lawsuit, cover when the stock tanks in a gap down to $2-3 and all the Asensio stooges get to thank him for making them a bundle.

But, this is not what MR. A did. His actions seem to point to desperation and not logical actions of a shorter in a comfortable position.

Just something for thought.

RH, having a good time tonight:o)? I'm not sure that your post was meant for me, however I will state my position & that is, I have never been long or short KRY. As alluded to in a previous post I am looking for a good entry point but that will depend on the reaction of the stock to this latest turn of events.....ie:Asensio & Co..

My personal conviction is that KRY has the inside track legally on LC4&6, altho the final decision may not be known for some time?.....do we bet on the Venezualan Supreme court ruling or go with the long history of corruption in the Government Mining Agency?......tough call.
Altho I do support KRY's position it does not necessarily guarantee that they will get the right's to LC4&6.

BTW I support Barb's stand as well. If she has increased her overall portfolio by 5 figures by following Asensios recommendations then by all means stick with what works. She obviously has a lot of faith in his abilities & who am I to dissuade her? If A's reputation & following is as good as we are led to believe I think this stock still has some downside. If I'm wrong then I'm SOL...c'est la vie.

Good Investing, Rick

>>>Let's see an e-mail address, a telephone number and if you're
really crystal clean, a home address. <<<

Says the fellow who has none of the above listed in his profile. BTW, I do have an email address, you can feel free to email me at BarbPayne1@AOL.com. Make sure to put "KRY", or "concerning your post on SI" in the title, otherwise it will go the way of the rest of the junk spam.

You're argument sounds good, and would work in a perfect world. But this is not a perfect world, there fore your argument is invalid.
