On a year to year basis, it has always gone down !

Chas, With pc demand in the toilet, in dollar terms, and DRAM in glut, and Y2K just about to make both problems worse, I think we have seen the last rise in DRAM prices for a couple of years. Of course, there can always be another DRAM scam or a dumping ripoff, but I don't think anyone can afford those types of games right now.
