Paul and Al, ARPU (Average Revenue per Unit, monthly basis) is directly related to cash coming in. In fact, the only two sources of incomes I can think of are hardware (phone) sales and ARPU. All other things being equal, an increase in ARPU falls directly to the bottom line. Al, regarding the frequency near Vegas that Nextel picked up, and had to move the incumbent (your wireless client). Seems like that is part of the FCC auction several months ago, which has been discussed here. As you stated, Nextel picked up frequency and the responsibility / burden to move the incumbent on that frequency. I am not sure of the dollar advantage to Nextel by the time the pay for the "right" and moving the incumbent. It does give them technical advantage by expanding their contiguous spectrum and increasing bandwidth. Was your client analog or digital (or human)? Al, I was in Vegas several weeks ago. Got caught in an accident on Northbound 15 (Mineola Rd) which shut the entire Northbound traffic down for SEVEN hours. Nextel is not the only entity that has occasional hiccups. Rob
