Richard,

<Jenkins DID promise there would be significant year 2k income in the quarter ending 3/31 which is the 3rd quarter.>

I've lost patience with you.

SHOW ME THE QUOTE WHERE JENKINS "PROMISED" THIS. Show me where any CEO would make such a "promise". There's a BIG diference between projecting and believing something .... and making a PROMISE.

I've watched what you've been doing. I put up with you last fall. I understood why TMEX was p*ssed. But, I remained silent then. You left ... and now you're back again.

Mike Winn disappeared. You take his place. This stuff is tiresome.

If naive people want to listen to you ... and think you're just doing the "devil's advocate" bit ... let them do it.

BUT, I'VE HAD YOU'RE NUMBER FOR A WHILE ... just kept silent about it. I never read your full posts anymore - just like I stopped reading Mike Winn's LONG posts. BOTH of which were written to formulate doubt, while seemingly to appear knowledgable. You guys are SMOOOOOOOTH. You prey on the naive, new and small investors.

SHAME ON YOU.

Cheryl

Dear Richard: You are misreading what I said. Yes, I said and meant that Jenkins never promised ANYTHING until quarter ended 3/31. We did get some Y2k business in second quarter ended 12/31 but that was NOT initially expected. As to this quarter ending 3/31 YES, I am expecting it to be profitable and YES I expect it to be GOOD. Otherwise I will be disappointed. I know of no reason to be negative on this quarter at this time. The ONLY negative thing I have learned FROM THE BEGINNING was that the CD-ROM went out LATER than expected not because of TAVA but because of Wonderware. The results of this quarter very likely will depend upon the billing structure for PILOT projects as it seems that may be the bulk of the work at the moment. JDN
