Those floorless would be like and infinite;y replenished short position, sell and sell, and rely on the transfer agent to give you more stock for peanuts.

Richard, I think that Doyle will do its damnest to avoid going the floorless route. But if you see a convertible debenture or a convertible preferred as the next financing, just make sure it is not of the floorless variety. Remember Richard, it was the floorless that got you into trouble with Arakitis (VBG).
