Zeev,

I would like to make a suggestion to you if I may. Since Americans don't speak proper english I hope you will bare with me since you know how we have totally butchered the language. I've never been a farmer let alone turnips but I did bail hay one summer. I would like to suggest that maybe you could start a thread discussing the different types of financing that these jrs have the option to perform. With all these reg S discussions and floorless talk some people may think that you are suggesting that IPM is performing these horrible types of financing. I think a thread dedicated to financing talks would be extremely educational for alot of people and would help to prevent any confusion about IPM. What do you think?

Also, why are you hooked on this financing thing. I see jrs out of Canada perform financings at this and lower levels. If the property is developed as I suspect it will be and the resource calculations are as I know they will be then share value will be many multiples of what it is right now. Of course everyone wants as little share dilution as possible but as long as they get the job done who cares? I know...I know there is little information out there right now to make many think that they are getting the job done but I have reason to think that they are.
