The chromatic color device was approved last summer. How many have they sold?

Since the suitcase size device that chromatics got FDA approval for is not wanted by hospitals in the US (or else they would have sold some or had a marketing partner), couldn't you say that they actually have no product that the market wants? Has peanut butter man mentioned to you that when and if chromatics manages to develop a unit that is portable and that works...that they will have to get that new unit through the FDA? I doubt that he or Macfarlane have discussed the FDA situation with you. Have you looked at the SpectRX website and noticed how small and portable their unit is? Do you realize that SpectRX clinicals are under way now, that they should be filing for FDA approval around June, with the go ahead expected around Oct-Nov. The fact that CCSI(d) took so long to get through the FDA has more to do with Chromatics problems than with the time it takes for a company with well designed clinicals to get a product through. All I can say is that Chromatics had better miniturize their gadget fast, because if they don't, the market will totally blow past them. Of course, they could give the unsold suitcase sized units to China for free, with the promise that when they come up with a portable unit, they will exchange them for a small fee.

<<< Bilirubin is monitored for every infant born. >>>

Jany: I recall Brice Guckien, an MD and long on CCSI, saying this was not true. Has this been resolved?

Brice: Any guesses as to what % of the 330 million billed could legitimately be considered CCSI's market?

David S.: You really do suck.
