Larry:

You are right and I stand corrected. So tell me who gets the short end of the stick here,DEC or CPQ ? If cash and stock portion of the deal remain the same in spite of the CPQ's stock price,wouldn't this 9.5 billion dollar deal is suddenly worth much less and the 'short end of the stick' goes to DEC? Is this a valid assumption at all if not what is the deal then? Any clarification will be appreciated as I am beginning to get confused here.<gg>
