WOW!Let the convergence begin. It's got the right look too. David, I think you have a picture to go with this PR piece.......

cyrix.com

JR, How many Frames/sec can a Cyrix MX PR233 decode DVD at?
Or does this device need a $30 daughter card too?CUBE can you help them?

I looked up some prices and here's what I found.

Cyrix M2 PR233 110.00

INTC Pentium Pro II 233-269.00
INTC Pentium Pro II 333-754.00

But TCI wants the CPU for $10.00 so even Cyrix is too pricey.
Anyway this supports what BillyG said earlier; The low end with CUBE suport will give better price and performance than the top end.

Rarebird- I guess AB went on CNBC this past wk and maybe he talked most about Divicom. He didn't spend as much time on ZiVA, VCD, China, DVD. If Divi is on a $100 mill run rate now, and if they should have CAGR of 30% for 3-5 years, what would be the value of DIVI alone after that time? Pretty soon the regular old TV stations like the ones on my home town will be looking for encoders and I hope that DIVI sells them. How long till DIVI sells # 4,000, 5,000, 6,000.......
