On Monday (3/9), when the techs were taking a spanking
(after Compaq delivered their earnings warning), ADI's
share price remained fairly stable. In fact, "relative"
to the other techs, ADI was a standout performer.

My technical analysis work shows that ADI is currently
under heavy accumulation.

Something seems to be up. Any guesses???

Meghan,

Pasted below is the weekly "Second Opinion" as of 3/7/98 on ADI, which I just came across. Their comments pretty much agree with your thoughts.

Thanks again for you comments.
