Intel's announcement included news that they would be increasing capital expenditures. That should be good for CYMI. My understanding of INTC's and CPQ's announcements is that more of the market is going to cheap boxes so revenue growth and margins will suffer. I think this supports the idea that companies will be spending to increase productivity. This should be good for CYMI. The question at this point remains how fast will this happen? Sooner or later seems abundantly clear. But if the investment in DUV happens slowly, CYMI's earnings may be weak over the near term. If it happens quickly, earnings will surprise everyone as the company gets a chance to use more of its new capacity.
