Your right, I'm not normal... Say you invest in something and it surpasses yor original target. Should you just pull it all out? What's wrong with just taking your original investment out plus a real nice profit and let the rest ride for some later target? To say I'm not the norm is silly. Who is the norm? Rarebird? Not all investors are not the same. What works for rarebird works for rarebird and not for others. You can't lump everyone into the same mold. It's not the opposing views on this thread that sometimes tick me off. It's the Idiots like rarebird, that go around telling everyone how stupid they are because they don't trade and think like he does.
