Thank you for the post.
As much as I hope the company does well, I will always be skeptical until they actually release the product(s) and show that they can retain legit. customers. The additions to the board is, IMO, a good sign. Three of these people are not from unrecognized companies.

Posters on this thread are far and few between. Maybe that will change soon. Plus, we don't know how many lurkers there are.

Just curious, are you an investor in DVNTF?

Nice post. It correctly points out that anyone that invests in this stock could make some money, but there is a risk and the possibility that this could do a TIPIF.

Please feel free to continue to add to the discussion

TO ALL:

1. Mr. Schwartz brings up the possibility that management in place now is still a continuation of the "snake oil people" who duped investors before. Is the company a "new" company free from the sliminess of the past, or are they trying to decieve the world again? We need to find out, and develop the confidence to buy and hold through the wild swings that are inevitable.

If the company is now a "new" company, I would love to hear a summary of how it changed its skin.

2. Mr. Schwartz, your comments are made in the tone of a casual observer, which you do not appear to be. Please state:

A. Your present & past relationship to the company and company management, if any.
B. Your present investment status: long/short.
C. Your sources of information.

I am not making a value judgement of your intentions, it just seems that you know quite a bit, and we would benefit more by knowing where you are "coming from" with regard to the company and the stock.

Thanks in advance to all for continuing the discusion.

THC

As a casual observer, and very small stock holder, I thought I could shed some light on the IPS/Jack Banks issue... I purchased a Le Print Express Franchise in October '96, a company owned by Jack Banks, and included in our package of equipment was an IPS950, a Banks company. While in Toronto for training I met Jack, and got to see his Gaming Lottery Business, his Print Three Franchises, Le Print Express Company, as well as the IPS business, all run at that time from the same office. Although I don't believe he was CEO of any of those companies, he was there, and his wife actually sat in on the 2 week training for the franchise purchase. There was a disclosure in the franchise offering circular concerning litigation against Gaming Lottery Corporation, and I was told that for liability reasons, he was no longer CEO of any of those companies. I guess what I am trying to say is that at that time he was still involved, and I have no reason to believe that at this time his involvement is any different.
