I for one feel I have learned a valuable lesson

What is the lesson?

When your research shows that a company has potential, but that research turns out to be false, what is the lesson that can be gleaned? That you can't rely on research?

Please help me out so I know what lesson I should have learned.

It is not a matter of getting something out of this class action, it is a matter of principal. If the lawyers get every red cent out of this, then so be it. If those involved in the lies and deceit are brought to justice (whatever it may be), I'll be happy!!
