Motley Fool on CNBC now. Says CPQ is a great company, but they would be buying DELL.

Off topic (kind of). DELL = IOM??? Come on now. At its June 1996 peak, IOM was trading at a forward p/e of about 120, so it wasn't surprising to see it lose 75% of that valuation in a couple of months. IMO, IOM is a buy right now at around 8 1/2 -- they have an enormous installed base of Zip drive, they keep bringing out innovative products building on that success, and they are the standard high capacity drive in the major OEM PC's. If they wake up to the fact that Sony and Imation have built in the capability to read old 3 1/2 floppies into their products and do the same, they'll have a lock on the new "super floppy" drives that will eventually replace the standard 3 1/2 floppies.

And here comes another one from the peanut gallery!!

>>Dell at this juncture is similar to Iomega was at its peak when all
the fools rushed in to surrender their life-long savings!<<

Why are you on this thread? I invite you to sell any DELL shares or calls that you own, and buy puts, and watch for us all to "surrender our life-long (sic) savings". Or better yet, buy CPQ!
