Patrick, Concerning veta rights, would there be any possibility that, should KRY win the case, that they would have to re-apply for the veta rights, as we assume they were granted to Placer at the time? ie - would these rights be transferable under these circumstances? As I understand, only Placer/Dome and Chesbar Resources have been granted the veta rights in Venezuela as of Noel, 1997, and they are a precious thing to have at this point in time in Venezuela's history.
