Well, the tape is saying that either (1) MCA approval is gonna
happen before end of month or (2) VVUS is gonna announce that
they're getting out of the ED business and focusing on the net.

Precisely, and that's more than 15 months away, so you seem to be contradicting yourself. By your analysis my 1 year time frame, may be conservative.
