Hey Ajay and Steve- I stopped posting when it was apparent no one wanted to look at the development of assets. Olex gets an offer for the royalty property of 2.2 million cash and barely a yawn on this string??? No interest in what might help get the cash to develop the other fields. When the West Virginia property was reclaimed , not a ripple here. No interest in assets at all. I keep calling to find out how many shares and nothing has changed from the 3,779,639. All I see is the Management blasted- the same Management that bought the Australian royalty properties at what can only now, with this offer, be considered a huge bargain. I think the company has already received $250,000 in royalties and more are due and the offer of 2.2 million- now in all fairness how do you overlook this with a yawn. Olex drills 4 wells at Big Foot proves new oil reserves... oh well-holding IMHO only Larry

Glad to hear my info. was right on shares O/S. Now what explains the stock price decline? MM manipulation and stupid Stockholders creating atmosphere of doubt...Hmmm? Seems that our fellow stockholders who were bashing the company played into the hands of the MMs allowing them to short and cover since June of 1997. This forced the company to consider a reverse split as soon as the reverse went through Ditchdigger shows up with his critical Reg S. article and so began the latest debenture bashing sending the stock down from 1.20 to its current levels. Great work guys.

hmmm about 4million outstanding.. how many actually in float..
with the rev split and decline in price wouldn't it seem
to have alot of shares shorted??? just curious as this usually
happens to pennies that rev split... looking for the bottom
to consider coming in again... anyone else think we should
bottom soon.. maybe 10 to 12 cents ... if it is shorted.. someone
will eventually have to cover.. especially if a momentum play
comes in
