As an ACN rep and LCI stockholder I really knew practically nothing about Qwest until this morning. After spending a little time finding out about Qwest, I think this merger is as great as the relationship ACN has with LCI, and I'm sure will have with Qwest.

I wouldn't worry about the stock price, with the capabilities this merger creates the stock should blast right through $42.

I'm really looking forward to what the next few years will bring in growth for the combined company.

Talk to you later,
Gary

Bob,

No it's not going to go to $42, unless another bid is raised in the $48 range. Mergers don't happen overnight and the share price will be discounted to reflect this. Refer to MCI for a good history of this.

Hope this helps, sorry for the short reply.
