< ESVS is not a financial institution, it's a holding company that owns some multimedia/engineering companies...>

If NETZ issued the shares to ESVS, then ESVS becomes an investor (with a large equity stake). Netz in return gets cash for continuing operations and developement. How much?? Who knows....

Per the "Wired" article..

"I think we do own them, but I'm not sure." Stated by Burgess concerning the Universal deal.... Burgess is making all the statements. Hayton and group remaining silent. This means that Burgess could possibly be the pawn for Hayton. Hayton can always come back and say "hey I didn't say anything publicly and I had no idea Burgess was going to release something like that!" No public statments from Meecham the supposed CEO or Hayton (principal owner)......

Burgess is in the dark concerning the financing and structure of these deals....

Of course this is just my opinion..... Probably wrong.... I still hold no investment long or short. Just getting a few more dollars of entertainment value as the story gets even more complex.....
