Sounds like a big snake. I don't have a problem with downgrades on stock price, but these earnings drops are BS.

Well said. I used to believe that upgrades/downgrades were actually in the investors interest. How naive I was. It's strictly broker self-interest. Bottom line. Read what they say, but in most cases, do nothing, or do the opposite.
