Oh, dear, Terrence!!! Please be careful. I don't think homosexual defrocked priests are very popular at SI, although of course the Catholic Church itself has been very gracious in loving and accepting and taking care of its gay priests with AIDS. I don't believe they want to make a big public issue of it, however. The thought of priests having AIDS (shouldn't that be a self-cancelling phrase, speaking idealistically) would probably bring up the other issues that not only is celibacy an unnatural state which is hard to maintain, but also that some of the priests who are sexually active are also gay. Oh dear!!! I have probably said something controversial again. Sorry Father Terrence!! I sure do wish Johnny were back at SI. I still miss him every day. Why doesn't everyone who feels the same way write Jill and suggest that? Christine
