Rman, MODEL Help! How are you figuring buying power? Let's use 3/6/98 MODEL post for an example. I showed mtce equity 51.4%, buying power of $3266, not enough to buy even 100 shares of SEPR at about $37 a share. I might be figuring buying power wrong. I went to my spreadsheet formula and it makes no sense to me now (I thought I had it figured out a while ago). I just tested it so when we go over 50% mtce equity, we show positive buying power, but I think I'm screwing something up.....what's your formula for buying power? aaauuuugh!

I'll hold up on today's model posting. Thanks, C1

Rocketman,

Hey, you scared me out of the woodworks. I too believe that gene therapy is going to take time to come of age. There is a need for better, more efficient vectors. Personally I think that in the future naked DNA and gene therapy is not a good bet, but I am biased toward viral vectors. There are many novel vector designs in the works that could make gene therapy come of age, but that will be a while.

What do you guys think of BEAM? They make eye surgery lasers.

Best of luck to all,

Where'd He Go?
