What ARE you?? Do you hold any TAVA? Just curious. You SURE spend a lot of time posting here. I own a small amount of Tava. I think its overvalued, but also believe that it could get a lot more so. I lurk because I am interested in and concerned about Y2K. I post because the over-exuberance gets under my skin. I think some people are knowingly using greed to lure others into bidding up the stock. How much money anyone has made in the past has nothing to do with what will happen in the future. I've tried repeatedly to put an unbiased, fair value on Tava's prospects. No one is interested. I spend a lot less time posting here than you do and, given that my position in the stock is at odds with my opinions, am the last one that you should be accusing of manipulation.

Cheryl, With your permission I will forward your Utility Report to my contacts at several state PUC's. FYI: IMHO the utility companies will blame the State Regulators(PUC's) for their inaction. Since the regulators don't have a clue they won't start an inquiry and because an inquiry was not started the companies will take action to late. FERC will defer to state regulators. I have been sounding this alarm for over 2 1/2 years in-house and 2 years with NARUC. I will have propane generators and propane heaters with extra food and water available and have advised my relatives to do the same. As I do not wish to lose my job please do not quote me by name or state.
