Thanks for posting the bankruptcy docket. By answering, and in fact, agreeing to the proceedings after any reasonable statute of limitations, from a failed business located in another country altogether, this is obviously proof that Mr Aharoni is doing whatever is possible to rectify the problems caused by his past business failure. He did not have to do this. He could have fought it on all kinds of grounds. He prefers to put it behind him. He obviously is doing his best. It looks to me as if he is trying to do the right and moral thing, and clear any debts left from 14 years ago, as well as his good name. Frankly, his actions speak more about Mr Aharoni's character than the articles in the stock slander magazine Ha'aretz and pink and his short buddies.
