Patrick, I would not be concerned with a small miss of the numbers. I think the likelihood of this happening is nil. My only basis for saying I feel we will see 40 again (I don't remember saying short term but maybe I did) is due to the plain and simple volatility of this stock and its past performance. I would personally never short this stock. There are many better candidates out there, IMHO.
