Legal action is not what I had in mind
(although I'd like someone reimburse me the $15K
I lost whistling the theme song from I feel fine at $1.20.
I'd still like to know if McGinnis & Co. in fact, actively misspoke
or misled us. If they did, I'd like them to address it, not
just let it slip away into oblivion. Bad precedent.
I think you're letting management off the hook too easily.
Remember, I'm still a shareholder, too.

Am I right in saying this is the first time McGinnis
has missed projections? I'm not apologizing for the
screw-up, but if I were the CFO I'd be taking a very
serious look at the job listing section in all journals.

Then again, the last time the CFO resigned there were
serious stock price repercussions. Maybe new blood is
needed anyway in this rapidly growing enterprise?
