FWIW - I have followed Asensio's calls closely and some time ago came
to the conclusion that he is primarily a technician. His research
is a strategic component which, when combined with a company
position vis-a-vis financing, material or immaterial developments, promotional thrust and investor sentiment serves a particular
market action - whether issuing a sell/short or buy recommendation. His short/sell recommendations have predictable criteria that
are as repetitive as his writing style and serve only one purpose. He is one of the lucky ones, thusfar, about 60% of the time. All of this KRY hand wringing about morality is of little use - strategic analysis is a far more productive.

I hate non-discursive rhetoric perhaps more than most but generally it holds true that the markets are irrational at best and psychotic at worst - and if you want to play the rule book changes occur without warning - in other words, there is no "fair" here - just the drive for profits. Asensio uses the sense of fair play as a tool in his arsenal as coldly as a hunter uses a night vision sight to take down a buck - whatever works. I am long and buying KRY because of analysis and if the tide turns and the market goes against me, I'll sell for a profit. Inventory and common sense are everything...I could care less about Asensio's or anyone else's morality in this market...or their insults.
