Brown and company has around 10 "800" toll free numbers. Most of them are for order trading. I will give you their customer service number which is 1-800-822-2021. They have about 10 offices nationwide. You will find that dealing with Brown&Co. instead of ST is like night and day. I will NEVER do business with ST again. You just don't realize the hassle they are putting me through just to get my own money back. It's been around 3 weeks now and they still haven't sent me my check. They say I have not completed the online form, which I did, and now they are requesting it again. What a run around! Give Brown&Co. a call and let us know if they are prompt in answering their phones. Snowy 3/11/98 10:03 PM
