Solution provider statement: I think TAVA is now using "solution provider" as code for "systems integration companies that we'll call on to be sub-contractors when the time comes" - the direction the "McTava" franchise idea appears to have gone. I also think the conference call indicated that TAVA will hire temporary staff if the situation warrants, and they've identified a source or sources for temporary staffing. My thoughts ran along the lines of "what a great way to scout for Tava's next acquisitions - hand out some sub-contracting work and see where the best fits are."
