All,

The lovely Maria B., of CNBC, just reported that at the MS tech meeting, yesterday, SUNW said that the Asian effect would be in reduced increases (catch that phrase, reduced increases) in income across some future quarters, BUT that they were NOT pre-announcing any form of earnings disappointment and felt 'comfortable' with the .60 consensus projections for the upcoming quarter.

Based on this, MS has revised their price projection to a 12-18 month target of $67.

Ben A.

PS Can you say 'yo-yo'?

<The stock had a 62% correction from the latest move up. From an TA point of view, this was a needed correction.>

New to this thread and wonder if you guys calculate percentages differently over here. SUNW peaked at about 50 and slid down to 37. I get 26% correction. Oh, I see, looks like you transposed the digits!

Thinking about buying SUNW after bailing out of MSFT, CPQ, DELL and oil service stocks.
