Let's run this through the truth filter....

Kugler , who was slamming RMIL 8-10hrs. a day,

"Kugler, who posted at all hours of the day."

he pleaded to lurkers as well as shareholders to consider his "
professional experience" as a broker in determining if RMIL is a scam.

"he once used the phrase 'in my professional experience' when talking about the outcome of trading halts"

He was posting during Market hours and was making 'cold' calls to RMIL investors.

"He sometimes posted during market hours, claiming to be doing so from home on his lunch hour"

He admitted to calling shortsellers of RMIL from his firm's offices during Market hours.

"He called Dempsey Mork, a purported short-seller, to get information 'from the horse's mouth"

He admitted to contacting RMIL MM's and the SEC.

"He admitted to contacting RMIL MM's and the SEC."

He worked in tandem with another shareshaker on the thread attempting to tank KNIC,

"He is rarely, if ever, the only person bearish on a company"

when the squeeze happened ,

I don't know the time frame for this, but do see pricing that looks in retrospect like either a short squeeze or panic buying back in the June-July timeframe. Of course, it's now trading in its "pre-squeeze" range.

they jumped ship together for OVIS/RMIL,

"they both thought they saw problems with OLPV/OVIS/RMIL at about the same time"

the other shareshaker is ONLY present on threads where the co. has large short positions

"The other bear is present on the OLPV/OVIS/RMIL thread, where there is a purported, but unsubstantiated, large short position."

and possible squeezes. Kugler, a broker, also asked RMIL shareholders to "sell",

Most likely a sarcastic statement of his taken out of context. I've got no recollection of him asking anyone to sell. Might it have been a sarcastic reference to the fact RMIL hasn't been tradeable for nearly 3 months now?

he also asked if one of the shortsellers signed an affadavit that he was only 100K shares short, would ALL RMIL LONG SELL.

"He asked if a signed affadavit from Dempsey Mork, who claims to have sold 'long for late delivery' as a favor to a friend, would be considered proof by the stock's promoters."

Pugs, you're one of a handful of people who have quite a history of shouting out your opinions, ignoring facts or the lack of supporting evidence for your own 'facts', slamming messengers who disagree with you, taking sentences out of context and twisting them in an attempt to make them support your own point of view, harrassing people on SI, at their places of employment, and even threatening legal action against those with whom you disagree.

Have you considered that the activities of the folks you label "nays" are due primarily to their need to refute what they see as blatantly false claims about a company that hasn't been trading for a long time?

I'm convinced that if you stopped, they'd stop.

Sorry Kugler is a sore subject with you, Pugs. That's why I said I'd drop it, which I did. I'm genuinely curious about Droog, though and now all you want to talk about is Kugler. Color me puzzled.
