Dennis, Interesting information and thanks for the updates! 1. I confirmed your report of earnings on April 9 (1 week earlier than planned). Why would they do this? 2. The 10K won't be ready for another month, or until about April 9. Looks like 1Q earnings will be released at about the same time as the 1997 10K. 3. Perhaps there is some information in the 10K (like the identity of the mystery 10% customer) that they want to release in conjunction with the cc? Gary Korn
