It's a good question, Aleta. Have Tahoeman put that on his list of questions for Tom.

An OTC shell that gets beefed up? Then a Nasdaq shell that gets beefed up? Without a Goldman Sachs behind you, this might be the game you have to play. I can't, right now, answer your question. But with the kind of executive leadership they've established, something has to be coming from somewhere, don't you think?

As well as the potential delisting:

The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. notified the Company on February 26, 1998 that the Company was not in compliance with the new requirements for maintaining a listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. Based on the foregoing computations, management of the Company believes it meets
or exceeds all of the net tangible assets for continued listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market.

aleta, I agree with your observation. I think ESVS knew that they couldn't go it alone and needed to team up in some way with another company or companies. Again, who would buy $50 Million of Convertible Preferreds is the question. That's a lot of cash to hope to garner........If they didn't already have buyer(s) lined up, I would say they are nuts to try....what do you think?
