The report Aleta cited mentioned that it covers a two-year period, ending in '97. This report must have been submitted in order for ESVS to comply with the Nasdaq concerns. I think the it states that the company now feels they are in compliance--is that the read on that?

Someone who is more familiar with financials than I am please correct me if I'm wrong, but this was nothing more than a stock swap, correct?

If that is true, could the stock that ESVS received from NETZ in the exchange be used to look like assets on paper? Don't they (ESVS)need to show enough assets to remain listed? Is this a you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours sort of deal?
