pick up the bat phone and call! I did. The response from his admin ass't was pretty much: "Who the heck are you?" I tried to persuade that I reported on ASND on SI and that I wanted to double-check on some assurances that Ashby had personally stated back in January (as to this quarter). I don't think that is overstepping any bounds, do you? Well, I'm guessing my call gets bucked down to IR. But fair warning, I generally don't let go of something when I get it in my head, and I have it in my head now that, having personally made a statement to me back in January on which I relied (and which I reported here), Ashby should be willing to take 30 seconds on the phone to reaffirm or revise what he said.
