Well that had to be the most revealing report yet! Pretty damn scary! I get the feeling that the end result of these latest financial arrangements will be one individual holding all of the cards in bankruptcy. You know of course, we the stockholders will be left with our shorts down and nothing but gift certificates for $50 off the installation cost for the "BEAM" complements of JA.

UltimateCom First to Offer Atlanta High-Speed Wireless Internet Access;
Technology Enables Speeds 100 Times Faster Than Standard Line

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE) via NewsEdge Corporation -- UltimateCom of Atlanta, LLC today announced the introduction of its high-speed wireless Internet access services, becoming Atlanta's first provider of high-speed data communication over FCC-licensed 2GHz band. This broad bandwidth service enables businesses to receive data-intensive information at speeds faster than wire-based Internet access technologies.

UltimateCom of Atlanta, LLC is a subsidiary of UltimateCom, LLC, a Colorado company formed to provide high-speed wireless Internet access to the 40 largest U.S. cities and selected international cities, with Atlanta being its first market. UltimateCom of Atlanta provides high-speed, wireless, high-performance digital communication across the "last mile" between wide area networks and local businesses. This local loop, traditionally underserved by line-based providers with high infrastructure costs, often leaves smaller companies without a viable alternative to slower dial-up Internet access.

John H. Taylor, CEO of UltimateCom, LLC, says, "We are pleased to bring this high-speed, affordable solution to Atlanta, where a recent study shows the number of Web domains is surpassed only by San Francisco." A few other major cities like New York, Boston, Denver, and Washington, D.C. are already using this proven technology.

UltimateCom of Atlanta installs a complete wireless high-speed Internet solution, where data travels from the city's highest transmission tower to a customer site antenna directly to desktops. Among UltimateCom's first sites is the Broadband Telecommunications Center (BTC) in the Georgia Center for Advanced Telecommunications Technology (GCATT), serving start-up high-technology companies. Daniel Howard, Associate Director of the BTC, says, "We've been researching
broadband fixed wireless networks, and are excited about the potential of this technology to provide Atlantans immediate access to broadband data services. We're looking forward to working with UltimateCom to advance the technology and the applications for broadband wireless data networks."

"It's not only high-tech companies that benefit from improved Internet performance," says Michael Anziano, UltimateCom's Vice President of Operations, "it's an affordable technological solution for businesses where a handful of employees are losing productivity waiting for slow or interrupted downloads from the Internet." Through a strategic alliance with Ultimate Information Solutions, LLC, UltimateCom of Atlanta, LLC also provides access to the Internet andcustomized services to help businesses maximize opportunities on the World Wide Web.

For a comparison of UltimateCom's Internet wireless access speed to phone line technologies, Robert C. Mead, Jr., General Manager of UltimateCom of Atlanta, LLC, points to the differences in time to download about 1,000 pages of regular text (2.5 megabytes). He reports 30 minutes on dial-up; 10 minutes on (128 Kbps) ISDN; and as little as 10 seconds on UltimateCom's wireless. "That's flatout fast and could be as much as 100 times faster than what businesses use now," Mead says. "And, of course, as the phone line speeds increase, so do their costs."

During Taylor's 20-year career leading successful turnarounds and build-ups in four companies, including divisions of Pitney Bowes Corporation and Mead Corporation, he earned the reputation for
attracting top performers. " UltimateCom's management team," Taylor says, "brings extensive strategic and tactical experience in cable television, wireless communications, telephony, network technologies, digital security, and Internet services."

UltimateCom of Atlanta provides high-speed wireless Internet access and Web support services to businesses within a 30 mile radius of Atlanta, enabling them to improve their Internet operation, increasing access reliability and employee productivity at an affordable price.
