Nervous Investor, I'm not tired but I am a bit excited and occasionally impatient. I entered AVAL as a trader and over time and many conversations with the company, have decided I will hold a goodly portion of my shares for sometime yet. BTW, I can't remember if I mentioned it, but Bernard told me that the Health Sampler area of the web site stayhealthy.com is getting an average of 500 "hits" a day. That's damn impressive and will help them sell advertisers = more revenues. --Madly I think Chad is under a 12' snow drift.

Msg. to Bernard, the countdown continues, today we're at 6 and counting. People are getting a bit testy around here waiting for any little crumb you might throw out, how about it man, we're starving! By the way who's this Lance dude that suddenly is referred to now as the savior of stockholder expectations. I've never heard of him before, but looking at the stocks that Chad claims he promoted, they all look like pump and dump trash to me. Is that what we got here, a possible chance to make a few bucks if we are lucky enough to get out before the spell that Lance will cast wears off? Wondering more and more what the hell I got myself into here!!!!! By the way Bernard, I'm not going to call you, cause it's obvious that everyone that does comes away with great feelings and immediate expectations about AVAL and yourself that continually disappoint us all. Frustrated and concerned, Jon PS: Course you know I'll apologize profusely, should something occur by Friday of next week that proves the past expectations of the thread.
