Off Topics!Exciting news!!! Complaint about charles Schwab!! For those who are as disappointed as I am about the service provided by Charles Schwab: I finally got this phone number which I believe is the direct place where we should funnel our complains to: Call 800-648-5300, press 0 ask for CHAIRMAN'S DIVISION, THEN SPEAK UP!!!! The newest complaint I have with them is due to trade execution: yesterday I placed order to buy COGIF at market, it was not filled until 16 min later at 7/8 higher than the ask at time of order placement. When I called dispute the trade, the rep. first told me it's a good fill after he looked at the time/sale tape. After I asked him for the exact time order was filled so I can verify with my own source, then he told me he made a mistake, it's actually not filled until 16 min later. He was obviously trying to brush off my inquiry at the beginning. NOW COMES THE SHOCKING PART. I called the rep. today after waiting patiently for him to call back(he said he will call me back yesterday but never did, even I left him a message again yesterday.), he told me the agency who did this trade for Schwab (since Schwab did not make market on COGIF) told him that A MARKET ORDER THAT WAS FILLED WITHIN 10-15 MIN IS A GOOD FILL!!! I can't believe it!! I am sure I am not the only one who has this experience. Maybe we were all too easy on them when we dispute the trade. PLEASE TAKE ACTION, TELLING THEM YOUR COMPLAIN! LET"S NOT LET THEM ABUSE US ANYMORE. Don't ak me why not just take your business somewhere else. I would if the process of transfering is not so difficult and not take so long. When you are actively trading, it's unacceptable to have your portforlia freezed during the transfer process!
