Terry -- I was under the impression that the release came strictly from NAMX. I would be skeptical in considering it a joint release. UPR makes no mention of it in any of their press releases.

Basically, UPR is letting NAMX collect some data using the Em-Sounder. They then must submit this prospective data to UPR for approval. IF UPR deems the area profitable,then NAMX claims the exclusive rights to the particular area, subject to the terms and conditions of the exploration agreement.(would be interesting to know the specific details involving the exploration agreement)

UPR has the best of both worlds here. They share in NONE of the expenses and get half the revenues.(if there are any) One sweet deal indeed. UPR simply can't lose.

Also, from the trading today, it would appear that quite a few people didn't like the deal b/t NAMX & UPR. Stocked closed down a penny on almost 4 million shares.

And as always, NOBODY can figure out how they're going to pay for the additional drilling programs....
