I think the price dropped because it's easier to take profits when you find out someone offered you 50 million dollars and it appears that they do not have it. It's that simple, particularly when coupled with a market maker shake-out.

I was watching time and sales on NETZ off and on for most of the afternoon. It looked like some support was building around .70 when this block went off. A couple of 1000 and 2000 lot trades went off after this at .70 and then the MMs began lowering their bids/asks. I have been day trading for awhile and have seen this MM action time and time again. MMs think buying coming in and want to scare weak out and pick up cheaper shares. I can only speculate on who may be buying 100,000 shares on the offer. Maybe OC, may be a fund, may be someone with $70,000 burning a hole in their pocket.
