"They don't have it" - it didn't sound that way in the news release. You cant rule out the possibility of them "getting it". From where is yet to be determined, everyone is vague at this point. Remember these IR guys plan extremely carefully each and every word printed in that release. Nothing is left to chance. However, I believe details and back up are left out for a good reason. Maybe details are still on-going or maybe they haven't been ironed out yet. Price Waterhouse wouldn't audit a crooked co.,that you can take to the bank. They would never put their stamp on it. I suspected Ron was holding back on me a week ago, when he vas vague about certain [unclear] details, and sure enough there was a blockbuster deal announced.

They got a 50 million buck private placement starting (but, ahem, not ending) in mid March, man! Cheer up! C'mon Party, with this technology (which you haven't seen, which makes it easier to believe in), they'll be snapping up those convertibles at the PP like they were open air Corvettes. Failing that, they can at any moment issue Warrants A, B, C, ..., Z, alpha, beta, gamma, delta, ..., zeta, aleph, ... just as you taught us this morning. I see no problem here. Why stop at 50 million? After all, they'll need to bring Europe back into the fold at some point. Also, the mutual funds will soon be storming the gates, as posted here reliably. Think of what a mutual fund can do to the price of shares you can buy with spare change! Best, Wade
