My broker is helping me get shares from a private placement of this stock. I'm buying them at something like 4 3/4, because if the holder of these shares dumped them on the market in late April (when they become free to trade), the price would probably go through that point. This should be good news for GUMM, however, as it means that it'll be that much harder for shorts to cover -- these shares won't be hitting the open market (at least, not all at once). Has anyone else heard of this deal, or other deals like it? This is a first for me... Thanks, KenB
