Thomas here in So Calif there is shortage of engineers both it seems cross the board rather than specific fields, structural engineers also. I see inflation property is going up around where i am located. The quiet equation in my mind is just how much of a burden the IMF is going to place on our budget.The Y 2k demand for programmers will i guess use those out of Asia to supplement what we have here at reduced rate too. We escape so much because we don't export a great deal.
