I don't trade with Datek. Maybe next time you should place it as an "all or none" order. In any event, I believe they should reverse the trade and commission.

Always place your orders as GTC (Good 'til cancel). This way you will not be charged a second commission when the rest of your order (eventually) fills - which may happen after several more days... /Piotr
